In November, I launched what's probably the most innovative and powerful resource I've ever attempted to create.

It was also the most personal thing I've ever created, because I built it for people like me.

Motivation Lab is a coaching app designed around neuroscience and powered by AI, to help you stop fighting against your brain and work with your natural tendencies for getting stuff done.

Here's what it actually does (in plain terms):

When you open the app each day, you get a personalized set of support based on where you are right now. Not where you think you should be, not some idealized version of your most productive self. Where you actually are.

There are 30 different module pathways I created, everything from "Reset When Overwhelmed" to "Take Control of Your Phone Habits." The lessons are short (3-5 minutes), and they come in video, audio, and swipe-to-read formats for variety so your brain gets that novelty it craves.

The AI coaching piece is what makes it different from just watching a course and hoping you remember it. The AI has been trained on hundreds of pages of my content, so it sounds like me, uses my strategies, and gives you my approach.

But it also remembers your history, tracks your patterns, and meets you where you are on any given day.
